Functions
- Help the Chef de Sector with the restaurant check list and mise en place of the back office for service
- Take all preparations from restaurant back, restaurant and kitchen
- Support the other waiter assistants
- Leave the food and beverages on the trays notifying the maître or chef de sector, which is in charge of serving them
- Keep the work area clean and in order
- Support other departments if it is needed
- Ensure that standards of the company are respected
Requirements
- Academic training in hospitality and restaurants
- Essential domain of spoken English
- Experience of minimum 1 year
- Flexibility
